1 General Terms & Conditions

Krokya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.

Krokya reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Should changes occur, we will notify you via your registered email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after such changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in case of legal disputes, the English version shall be considered authentic.

2 Account Register

To open an account on Krokya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Krokya has the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information. Each user may only open one account.

Information required at account registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Residential Address

You are responsible for keeping your account password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the Krokya support team immediately.

3 Age Verification

To participate on Krokya, you must be at least 18 years old. We verify age at registration, but Krokya reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any time.

For age verification, we may request one of the following documents:

• National ID (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Certificate (government-approved)

If anyone under 18 opens an account, it will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be refunded. Krokya strictly prevents minors from gaming.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

On Krokya, we support several secure payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including mobile banking, digital wallets, and standard bank transfers.

For deposits, the minimum amount is BDT 200 and the maximum per transaction is up to BDT 50,000. For withdrawals, a minimum of BDT 500 must be withdrawn.

• Deposits are typically completed instantly.
• Withdrawal processing may take a maximum of 15–30 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests can only be cancelled before processing begins.

In case of suspicious transactions, Krokya may request additional information or temporarily suspend the transaction. This is done for your protection.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Krokya offers various bonuses and promotions, such as welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read before claiming.

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (typically 20x–40x).
• You must complete wagering within 30 days from the date you received the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game results on Krokya are final. In case a game is cancelled due to technical issues, the amount wagered will be refunded. However, under normal circumstances, no bet may be cancelled or modified.

For Sports Betting:

• Live betting odds may change after a match has started.
• If an event result is predetermined in advance, such bets will be considered void.
• Betting limits are set separately for each event and market.

For casino games, all results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is certified by a third party and regularly audited.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Krokya may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Terms and Conditions Violation
• Suspected fraud or deception
• Multiple Account Management
• Bonus Abuse
• Suspected Money Laundering or Illegal Activity
• Age Verification Failed

You can request to close your account at any time through the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is our highest priority. Krokya never sells or shares your personal data with third parties — except where legally required.

Any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions will be settled through international arbitration. Malta gaming law shall apply as the governing law.
